    Co-Founding Partner, CFA

    15 years in financial markets. Former partner at JGP Financial Advisory, where he led M&A execution and credit analysis across dozens of M&A and capital raising mandates (equity and debt). Previous experience at XP Investimentos (treasury), fintech Visor, JGP Asset Management, Personale Investimentos, and Banco CR2.

    Economist from Ibmec-RJ, Master in Business Administration from Coppead-UFRJ, and CFA charterholder since 2015.

  • Marina de Gusmão

    Partner

    10 years in the energy, fuels, and biofuels sectors. Previous experience at Ipiranga, Halliburton, and Tecnatom (Westinghouse Group), leading commercial and business development strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects across Latin America.

    Chemical Engineer from UFRJ, Master in Business Administration from Coppead-UFRJ, with specializations in Oil & Gas (IBP) and Renewable Energy Management.

  • Maria Clara Pecly Garcia​

    Partner

    10 years across the Telecom, Oil & Gas and Financial Markets sectors. Built a multidisciplinary career in client, investor and strategic stakeholder management, including her tenure at JGP Financial Advisory as an IR executive, where she led investor relations, market mapping and business origination in M&A transactions.

    Law degree from PUC-Rio, with an MBA in Management from the same institution.
