    15 years in financial markets. Former partner at JGP Financial Advisory, where he led M&A execution and credit analysis across dozens of M&A and capital raising mandates (equity and debt). Previous experience at XP Investimentos (treasury), fintech Visor, JGP Asset Management, Personale Investimentos, and Banco CR2.

    Economist from Ibmec-RJ, Master in Business Administration from Coppead-UFRJ, and CFA charterholder since 2015.

    Partner

    10 years in the energy, fuels, and biofuels sectors. Previous experience at Ipiranga, Halliburton, and Tecnatom (Westinghouse Group), leading commercial and business development strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects across Latin America.

    Chemical Engineer from UFRJ, Master in Business Administration from Coppead-UFRJ, with specializations in Oil & Gas (IBP) and Renewable Energy Management.
